Jan. 8: Traveling Thru Life Deliberately

Our preparatioin for Flight 2012, Destination: Destiny, continues with our Flight Instructor Salvatore Sapienza. Before we can take our flight to Destination Destiny, we need to check our baggage, remove our shoes and empty our pockets. In preparation for take-off, we must inspect our equipment: the gauges (of the mind) and the controls (of the ego). In order to avoid accidents (by traveling unconsciously), we need to be mindful of our journey. Turn off all unnecessary devices and pay close attention to safety instruction features of this
