As we enter the Christmas season, we are called to celebrate with family, friends, traditions, winter soltice, Hannukah. We are reminded of the gifts of laughter, love, freedom, peace and joy. How can we be more mindful in our celebration of these gifts? Mindfulness brings a sense of being fully present. Only then can one truly ENJOY the Season.
