Oh the wonder of it all! There is a new psychology called Wonder therapy. Research has shown that it can diminish anxiety and increase enjoyment. It is also a way to tame the “monkey mind” and remove the “tyranny of the ego.” How awestruck are you? Your answers to a few simple questions can determine that.
